From raw timber and bristle bundles to packaged cartons, every phase is strictly monitored.
We source premium natural hog bristles and high-elasticity synthetic filaments. Bristles are sorted by length, stiffness, and taper to ensure maximum paint retention and smooth release without drag marks.
Handles are shaped from seasoned natural hardwoods. Each handle is lathe-turned and sanded to a silky finish, with weight distribution specifically engineered to prevent hand fatigue during long painting shifts.
Bristles are inserted into heavy-gauge stainless steel ferrules and bonded with two-component industrial epoxy glue. The assembly is then mechanically pressed and pinned to ensure zero bristle fallout.
Before packaging, random units from every production batch undergo vigorous bristle-pull testing, solvent soak resilience tests, and stroke smoothness trials.
